Do I need an online account?
You can create an account to place an order on the AMA Online Store, but it’s not required. If you prefer, you can check out as a guest.
Creating an account is quick and allows you to:
- Save your shipping and billing information for faster checkout
- View your order history
- Track your orders
Please note: if you are an AMA member, your AMA Online Store account login will be separate from your ama.ab.ca login.
How do I sign into my account?
Enter the email address you used at checkout or when setting up your account. We’ll send a secure code to that email so you can sign in—no password required.
Didn’t receive your code? Check your junk or spam folder, or request a new one from the sign-in page.
Do AMA members receive special pricing?
Yes. As part of the benefits that come with an AMA Membership, Members in good standing receive preferred pricing when shopping online and in our retail locations.
Member pricing is applied at checkout and varies by item.
How do I become a Member?
Becoming an AMA Member is easy. You can sign up online or give us a call at 1-800-222-6400.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your postal code, so you’ll see the exact cost before completing your purchase.
Delivery timelines depend on origin and destination and may vary. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the province of Alberta, Canada. Due to AMA’s agreements with other CAA clubs, we cannot sell items on this site to customers outside of Alberta.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location but are typically:

Delivery time estimates do not include weekends or statutory holidays. During periods of high volume or service disruption, shipping times may be longer than the advertised delivery timeline or temporarily interrupted.
Can I ship my order to an AMA centre to pick up there?
At this time, we do not offer an in-store pick-up option.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Click the link in the email to follow your order’s progress.
You can also track your order by logging into your AMA Online Store account and viewing your order history.
What is your return policy?
All items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged*. This is outlined in the Terms of Service which must be agreed to before completing your purchase.
*If your item arrives damaged, you may request an exchange by contacting our support team within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping and processing fees may apply.
Can I return my online order to an AMA centre if it arrives damaged?
Returns and exchanges are not available at AMA centres.
If your item is damaged, please contact our support team at shop@ama.ab.ca to arrange an exchange.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once your order has been placed.

What methods of payment do you accept online?
The AMA Online Store accepts Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and Debit Mastercard.
Can AMA Reward Dollars or gift cards be redeemed online?
At this time, AMA Reward Dollars and AMA gift cards cannot be used for purchases in the AMA Online Store.*

How do you handle warranties?
If your item has a manufacturer’s defect, please contact shop@ama.ab.ca with your order number, and we’ll help guide you through next steps.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Restocking depends on the item. Some products will return, while limited-edition items may not once sold out.
Are all items available in-store?
Some items are available exclusively online and may not be offered in AMA retail locations.
How does my purchase support the AMA Community Foundation?
Every purchase helps—100% of the profit from each item is donated to the AMA Community Foundation.
